For SlimeRemote to handle this good, it should accept all the standard
names SlimServer does.

SlimRemote (without the "e" ;-)) doesn't care about the file names. In a client's view (web interface) it's always cover.jpg (full size) or thumb.jpg (small size), no matter what files actually are called. SlimRemote is using SlimServer's web interface to get the cover art.
