Hello glem01, for rstp i checked only the mp3 option, because up to now i have not configured the slimserver-convert.conf for rstp to flac. Actually i don't have acces to my Diskstation, but with mkfifo you created a pipe called /dev/slimserver_io (your_pipe_name)or similar. In the above mentioned file you have to change the -ao pcm:nowaveheader:file=/dev/fd/3 to -ao pcm:nowaveheader:file=your_pipe_name. Additionally in the same line you have to tell lame that it has to use this certain pipe as input. So originally, the lame options look like [mplayer.sh]..... |[lame]..... - -. Change it to [mplayer.sh]..... |[lame]..... your_pipe_name - When you changed that, you have to restart slimserver. Uncheck the other rstp options, because otherwise the server want to convert to flac. Probably i will try to configure that in the evening. I will also try to use the wav stream to save some CPU load. mr_hyde -- mr_hyde Mr_Hyde / Slimserver 6.3.1 / Synology Diskstation DS106 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mr_hyde's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=6032 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=26727 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
