1.4.7 was release in Dec 2015. The change in Sept 2016 was due to BBC change. At the same time (1.4.8) I included fixes fro rebuffering which affected many Windows users. Unfortunately the changes were not good so I rolled back about 1 week later to 1.4.9. To fix the rebuffering I have been beta testing 1.5.x. If users are happy with 1.4.x and don't have rebuffering which makes part of BBciPlayer unusable - then there is no need to look at 1.5.x at this stage. > What I am requesting is a definitive sticky note that gives the > current state of play and the definitive actions for getting iPlayer > working.
