Rebuffering every 15 mins is a different symptom to the problem I was fixing. This issue needs to be understood first. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. 1. Is this Live or Listen Again ? 2. Any message in the log ? 3. What is the "Live delay" 4. What player is being used ? No synced players.
