Thanks - I was hoping to avoid a loop. Two problems collided. Perl 5.24 makes the plugin inoperable but also when I moved the plugins from googlecode to sourceforge I think I messed up the version number. I thought I corrected both by just updating the bpaplugins.xml for testing which nobody should be using anymore since CDplugins is part of LMS general list of plugin and will only be read when I ask M. Herger to do an update - which I haven't. I'm not sure where you stand now.
