Nothing has changed in the CD handling logic but perhaps something in LMS has changed.
When changing CDs - it sometimes takes time for drive to be ready and TOC available to cdda2wav. Other possibility is caching where either LMS or OS has cached info. CD drives with slots rather than trays behave slightly differently on changeover so if you can repeat an issue - info on CD drive would also be helpful.
