You can buy a C1+ from a reseller in Wolverhampton (that's where I got mine). I think (check for yourself) that that they use the same power supply. I know that some of the Odroids use a different version of eMMC card than the original one I got with my U3, again check for yourself. If only using as a LMServer then I would say rpi3 with either Raspbian Jessie-Light or piCorePlayer as the OS.
