Can you look at your config file and specially a parameter named <sample_rate>. It seems that it's set to 0 which certainly shall not happen (it's not accessible from the UI). Set it to 96000 by editing the file directly or erase the whole whole to start from a clean config LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
