Crap ... I forgot about this. I added support for flac re-encoding and I
use the flac-provided DLL (I did not re-compiled it myself). It might
have been compiled with needed support from some VC and I think it's
VC++ 2008 - sorry about that. Re-compiling flac for static link in
Windows is a pain unless you use VC and I don't ... my environment is
Embarcadero
