A lot of the options have become redundant over the past year but are retained for compatibility with older installations. Your chosen option will work and I support DASH so DASH first is my preference. For the record, there is no longer FlashAAC or FlashMP3 in live streams. The supplied live stream URLs only detail DASH and HLS streams so only DASH and HLS will be used. If you want MP3 (lower quality but plays direct on player) there is a separate menu option for that at the bottom. For OnDemand - programs are now only in DASH or FlashAAC.
