What I think is happening is that if I get the server to transcode my flac files to pcm then I'm limited to 320kbps over wifi for iPeng playback even if bitrate limiting is set to off. Disabling server transcode so flac is sent to the players then with bitrate limiting disabled over wifi there is no MP3 conversion.
