Hope you had a good holiday and thanks once again for Spotty. While you have been away I know you monitor posts so you will recognise that Spotty has brought a lot of new visitors, some of whom have never touched LMS let alone a Pi. Michael we need a sticky post where the important facts and unsupported hardware can be listed and includes recommendations on what to do and (complete) idiots guides to installing LMS on pCP or Max2Play.. I mean things like Spotify via my Squeezebox.com is defunct Spotty is the ONLY plugin that provides Spotify support as of 20/7/17 Spotty needs LMS Spotty won't run on the cut down LMS on a Touch Spotty runs on a lot of hardware but the following are known not to work --list--- If you have an old NAS which won't run Spotty then the cheapest option is a Pi3 with either pCP or Max2Play Links to idiots guides *Pi3 with piCoreplayer music on QNAP TS419p via NFS* iThingys/iPeng/Tablets/Jogglers *Living Room* - Joggler & SB3 -> Onkyo TS606 - > Celestion Ditton F20s *Office* - Pi -> Sony TA FE320 -> Celestion F10s / Pi & SB3 -> Onkyo CRN 755 -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes *Dining Room* -> SB Boom *Kitchen* -> UE Radio (upgraded to SB Radio) *Bedroom (Bedside)* - SB Touch -> Topping TP21 -> AKG Headphones ------------------------------------------------------------------------ d6jg's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=44051 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=107615
