I think the number is lowish but service is v. highly rated by most -
Dr. Who game has about 3.5k but only 1 star compared to Concert Sound
1.2k but a rating of about 4.5stars.  Binaural has only 135 ratings.

I don't think rights issue is a problem given that BBC is broadcasting
all of Radio 3 in flac for 2 months. I think the issue is longer term is
additional cost and required bandwidth and is there enough users enabled
and wanting to listen to a flac stream. The pilot in Mar/April could
only really be played in Firefox.  Now in addition to browser there are
version of vlc, ffmpeg as well as LMS that can play Dash/Flac. BBC
should also be able to determine the number of individuals who have
listened using Dash Flac.
