I am currently travelling, thus I can only answer what I remember by
heart:

- mmm.ini should be in your .MusicMagic directory
- your mmm.ini looks pretty crowded with a number of unneccessary
entries (e.g. the link to the webserver; this server and service does
not exist anymore). a good template can be downloaded from
http://www.spicefly.com/article.php?page=musicip-software
- the cache path is definitely needed, potentially your configuration
was not able to store the cache database, therefore these long-startup
times potentially when trying to create a new database and not being
successful (speculation)
- if you have more than 10k songs, I would recommend to increase the
swap size. In my setup with 25k music files the peak memory usage during
scan is more than 1GB. If you do not have enough memory, the scan aborts
and should restart several times, until it has scanned all files,
however this is a pretty unclean approach. Increasing the swapfile is
the preferred solution, there are tutorials for raspian in the internet
how to do that.

Hope all is good and you should try to rescan. Also a quick check: Is
the MusicMagic web-surface reachable and shows a reasonable number of
Mixable files?
