Im using QNAP-NAS and Spotty already included the required PV executables. My problem was that Spotty didnt find them. First you need to identify which bin library Spotty is using. -Check in settings/advance/Spotty , there you see what Spotty file is used and more important were it is located. Try rename or copy the corresponding pv-file that fits your architecture (they have different endings in the file name). Name it just pv and try if that works. The correct way is to name it pv-custom, this way it is kept during an upgrade, else you need to back and rename it again.
