I was having issues getting the Spotify Connect feature to work (similar to steves999 issue in post #133 of this thread). It appeared to work in the Spotify App on my phone and from the Spotify web client, but nothing would change in the LMS web interface for that player.... Then I tried disabling password projection in LMS (under Advanced->Security)... and now it appears to be working. [NOTE: Re-enabling LMS password protection breaks this again]
Does anyone have this working with LMS password protection enabled? In the log I see "http://192.168.1.100:9000/jsonrpc.js";.... perhaps this needs updated to support username and password? ("http://user:[email protected]:9000/jsonrpc.js";) Michael, thanks for your great work on this and other LMS plug-ins.
