I couldn't reproduce the issues using the default settings and mp3 files. It wasn't until the end when I added some hi-res FLAC files. Everything worked fine - even with the FLAC files until the Dvorak file. Then all the symptoms appeared including the renderer disappearing from the Player list in LMS. There was another issue before things crashed... In my playlist, when one track ended, the system wouldn't advance to the next track. Also, the time line of previous song (that had just finished) was jumping around to some extent (viewed on LMS web client) and there was no audio playback. Log file attached.
