That's not alarming. Memory shouldn't be the issue. Can you check the other settings for Spotty. Is the "local announcement" box checked or not (don't change it!)?
Disabling transcoding to flac would take out one risk of the equation (Settings/Advanced/File Types). Set it to PCM and see whether that helps.
