When I click to install the plugin I waiting for installation , LMS want to reboot i say yes and ... nothing he don't want to install the plugin the reason why i looking for the log installation plugin to send the error
Make sure you give it some time before restarting. In older LMS versions you'd get the restart prompt immediately, before the plugin actually had been downloaded. Not a problem with most plugins, as they're small and downloaded within a fraction of a second. But Spotty is rather heavy and can take a few seconds.
