I have been doing some under-the-covers improvements: 1.5.1 - The SLX browser keeps a cache on disk. 1.5.1 will now delete the cache on startup when it grows beyond about 60MB. Changed some subtle behavior with the Mini-Browser window. Before, it would not resize properly if the screen resolution was changed via Windows Settings while the Mini Browser was open. This required changing some low level window attributes and now the MiniBrowser is also represented in the Task Bar when it is open. SLX now includes the latest squeezelite-win.exe executable from Ralphy (1.9.0-1105). 1.5.1 will stop automatically re-attempting to connect to server if squeezelite-win.exe fails to start properly (Which can happen if you enter faulty advanced parameters). 1.5.2 - Fixes potential crash caused by clicking a lot on the tray icon while SLX is trying to connect to the server on startup. (This one was really vexing multi-thread interaction issue.) On the Application Log the "Players" button has been replaced by an "Info" button which shows a little extra info. In prior versions, pressing "Apply" in Settings would do nothing if no settings were changed. Now, it will attempt to connect if it is not connected, even if nothing changed. 1.5.3 - Will fix a potential GUI hanging issue that happens when the a recently available server is not available. When the host can be resolved, but does not answer, the underlying networking library was taking >8 seconds to try/fail and hanging the GUI in the process. I have added new code to very quickly detect when a server is not answering and avoid an unnecessary call to the network library for the Http and Telnet connections.
