So it looks like it was connected at 10:17:15.  It would have to be
connected for info to return the connected players.  Then changes were
made and "Apply" pressed then it could not re-connect.  Based on what I
am looking at, this looks like a subset of the log, because I don't see
any entries where the telnet connection was dropped.  Were there any log
entries between 10:17:15 and 10:17:50?  Are you seeing issues only on
Windows 7?  Any more info to add?
