Which is a bit strange for I tried a lot of times to install Spotty (and
there is no other error-message), and the filename should be
Spotty-2.4.1.zip
I know, this is not an issue for Spotty but LMS - but maybe you know
someone who can check the error-handling in LMS ... ;)
