TBH, these modes really make this application what I wanted it to be since the beginning, it just took me a few more years to get there :). Hence I was bit too impatient to have feedback. But I understand that, because it took me so long, people that wanted to use have a working configuration now and don't want to change and new LMS users are becoming a rare ressource nowadays, unfortunately. Anyway, these re-encoding capability really improves compatibility and brings replay gain and fade in/out while adding 'flow' does proper gapless (which UPnP don't do, really) and cross-fade (okay, I agree this one is likely a very marginal use case). I've just changed the settings UI to make it a bit easier to try these. Maybe one request to you: would you mind trying the 24 bits PCM mode (w/o re-encoding and w/)? That one I can't test and this has always been something that I miss-coded. If you can give it a try, that would be great, but be ready for white noise Cheers Philippe LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
