I have run music finally, with some problems and need to update DSM on my Synology.

And now there is a problem with playing songs. The song from Spotify start to play after 13-15 seconds. First there is connecting later on: buffering.
We've had a very similar report a few days/weeks back. And we never really figured out what was causing this delay :-(.
What kind if internet connection do you have? I've asked about the Synology model as some might simply be not fast enough to process the data. But that's unlikely the case.
Please enable INFO logging for plugin.spotty (Settings/Advanced/Logging). Then do play some tracks and send me your server.log.zip.
