I have a DS115 and my kids complained also about the buffering. This was
somehow more with PCM than with FLAC. Check if Spotty is using PCM or
FLAC to your Touch. If this is PCM, change the settings to FLAC. See is
this reduces the buffering.
If not, I have to agree with Michael. Switching to a Raspberry 3 and
piCorePlayer will be your best option, keeping your files on your nas.
