Thanks for the clarifications... maybe if you had a few default filters
in  place instead of a blank page on entry to the Custom Skip area?
Perhaps with a radio button selector if only one can be selected at a
time?

I think the empty filter dialog displayed initially makes an assumption
of prior knowledge most users do not have at this point. What I want to
call a filter is based on what it does (it's filter items) Yet at
entry... I have no idea what =can= be done. Does this make sense?
Either some default filters to explore and tweak (by clicking edit) or
showing the available Filter Items =before= asking the user to create a
Filter Container would make better intuitive sense to me.

Does this make sense?
