possible to create a default filter thats there already from the start
with no filter items, this way it might even be possible automatically
activate this filter from the start so you can use the hold play
actions without making any other configuration. I would like it to be
an active choice of the user to start skipping stuff, so I don't like a
solution where installation of Custom Skip automatically leads to a
situation where tracks is skipped before the user has made an active
choice to skip a specific type of tracks.

The only reason a default filter isn't created today is that I liked
the user to be able to change the directory where filters are stored
before any filters has been created, but this is probably not a
critical issue since most people probably will leave the directory at
the default setting which points to the playlist directory.

I'm not sure adding default filters with filter items is a good idea.
I'm a bit afraid this will lead people into creating a lot of different
filters with few filter item in each filter. I think a better usage
probably is to just have a few filters with a bit more filter items in
each filter. A filters with more filter items in each filter will lead
to a situation where you probably don't need to change filter so often,
which is good. A setup where you want to change filter every time you
change playlist would be a bad idea since it means you changing
playlists get more complicated.

In my own setup I currently just have a single filter thats always
activated, it contains filter items for skipping:
- Zapped tracks
- Short tracks (less than 10 seconds)
- Low rated tracks (rated < 2)
- Some artists I have in my library that I never want to play
- Some albums I have in my library that I never want to play
- All songs in Genre=Christmas

In time for next christmas I probably want another filter that looks
almost the same but doesn't skip christmas songs.

It might be a good idea to change the names like:
- "Filter" could be changed to "Container" or "Filter Container" or
"Filter Set"
- "Filter Item" could be left as it is or maybe changed to "Filter"
This would probably make it easier to understand the concept.

I'm a bit afraid that showing available "Filter Items" before creating
the "Filter" might lead to a situation where people create a lot of
"Filter"s with a single "Filter Item" in each filter. The result is
that people would expect to be able to have several filters active at
the same time which isn't the idea today.

When I am writing this I feel more and more that changing the names for
filter/filter item as described above is critical. The current names
will lead to confusion.
