I had thought pcp had included ntp like many distros but perhaps time is
only check at boot.  Clock drift can be surprising when system is on for
a long time.  However IIRC there are some security concerns with ntp so
maybe there as doubt.  Tweaks would seem to be a way around.

Suggestion for ntp to be part of PCP should be made on the PCP thread
