Glad to hear you are enjoying SLX. I know what you mean and I struggled with the best way to do this. The problem I had was that there is no tray icon if you disable run in background, so I needed to always have a taskbar icon for the minibrowser, just in case it is the only window. If not "run in background", closing the main window closed the app. I'll give it some more thought. Perhaps I can add some conditional logic to only have a single taskbar icon or conditionally not have the minibrowser taskbar icon if there is a tray icon.
