He says you wouldn't be able to use Foundation Framework at this late stage but there are tutorials on how to make a website fully responsive out there. We have a couple of web developments that are fully responsive which he did the CSS and design layout for using Foundation but I know his own site he built from scratch and that is also fully responsive.
