My memory got it wrong - it looks like I no longer did the substitute -
or perhaps it was in a version I was trying different solutions. The
problem case is when album and artist have no entry and description
field is used instead - it may have a different source. I've used
uri_unescape($string) on the "descrption" but it seems it's not enough
- it looks like Encode::decode('utf8', uri_unescape($sttring)) may
work.
