OK I have changed Additional Repositories to http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/bpaplugins/betarelease-repo.xml as per instructions at the top of your thread. I am now on BBCiPlayer 1.6.2 (& BBCiPlayerExtra 2.2.0) but I cannot see how to get 1.6.3? I will see how it goes with this update, and reply later with more details as per your request.
