Do you have a firewall on your server? If so, if you can turn it off for a minute to check nothing is being blocked that might help locate the problem. (LMS might be using different ports from other servers).
If your network is complex, with multiple routers/switches/network-adaptors, see if you can temporarily simplify it to get the LMS server to talk directly to your renderer on just one adaptor and switch. LMS 7.9.2 on PC, Xubuntu 18.04, FLACs 16->24 bit, 44.1->192kbps. 2 Touchs & EDO. LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (A308CR amp & ESLs) & Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers. Also Minimserver & Upplay to same & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to PC speakers/headphones.
