Very nearly ready - hopefully first "beta" release this evening.

I did a long test yesterday of an AFL game and it played OK.

Development has taken a bit longer than I anticipated because I had to
implement more of MPEG2 because of variations in implementation between
stations. AFL uses the simpler PackedAudio.

I want to make sure the plugin is reasonably stable as to test would
mean user have to replace a currently "working" plugin by something that
could be unreliable.

As it is a bit messy to swap plugins, if there are too many problems -
the "first adopters" would stop using the plugin if it prevents their
normal listening. At the same time I need to make sure I have time to
handle any issues that appear quickly.

I need to test metadata support as this will be an added feature over
ffmpeg solution and a reason to use this new version.

There are some "audio dropout" when playing many of the iHeart stations
- but this also happens with ffmpeg so it's not priority.
