You have not provided info on your server system or BBCiPlayer setting. What format preferences have you selected for "Listen Again" and "Live" 7.7.3 works OK with http services but will not work fully with https service and many internet radio service have moved to https. As a workaround, for Live I suggest try playing the MP3 stream (menu is last item at bottom) and not DASH or HLS. In terms of code there is no difference between "Live" and on-Demand" so I think the problem may be due to "https" exclusively being used on live streams.
