I’m struggling to find consistency here especially when I don’t know if the scanner simply doesn’t like my chosen file name and the browser image cache needs to be cleared every rescan so forget this.
Cache indeed can be a problem. If in doubt, wipe cache.db and imgproxy.db before the scan...
