Nope, I have a vanilla setup in that regard

To muddle the water, on top of the above I did install the latest LMS
((7.9.2~1559032210) over (7.9.2~1558382969)) and the auto-update of
plugins had already installed 2.8.3. Neither had any positive impact on
the availablility.
