Looking in the web for how Spotify Connect works, i've found out it uses MDNS protocol for discovering clients. And searching further i've found out my jail wasn't accepting MDNS request. I've activated VNET on the jail and now it works smoothly, every Spotify client at home is seeing every SBs at the same time. :D
Networking wasn't totally transparent after all :-). Good catch! I'll keep that in mind. It's a similar issue (I think) as I've seen with some Docker users.
