Local announcements are disabled. Is there any downside to leaving that box checked?
If it's checked, then it's because the daemon crashed too often, most likely due to some port conflict. In this case only the Spotify user registered in LMS will see your Connect endpoints. Visitors or other family members with their own account wouldn't.
