I'm not going to do that for every artist in the artist list - just too slow. Currently, if MAI is installed, I'm just using "/imageproxy/mai/artist/$ID/image$SIZE" as the URL to an artist's image. Making a JSONRPC call per entry in the artist list is just too much over-head for an issue I don't have.
