I don't think my LMS uses port 9090 at all? It uses 9002 and 3483. It says 'here' (https://www.synology.com/de-de/knowledgebase/DSM/tutorial/Network/What_network_ports_are_used_by_Synology_services) that Synology LMS uses only 9002 and 3483.
