When I started using Synology (10-series), I found out quickly that
hibernation was not possible because I run a mail server, web server and
LMS. It never bothered me. I just checked there info about Hibernation
and it has evolved over time. Still there are a few preconditions to
make hibernation possible:

But I'll definitely will take a look and see if I can get by Nas into
hibernation!
