Not sure what you mean.  There were lots of plugin available for LMS. 
For AACplus support I created a PlayAAC.

Doesn't matter if a user is running 7.3.3 - all the BBC services that
AlienBBC used are gone and IIRC the plugin download is not available.

About 7.3-7.5 - a very long time ago.  I then stopped supporting PlayAAC
plugin.

Between references to AACplus & AlienBBC It gives the feeling of a
neglected webpage.

The text reads as if these are being excluded for SB registered users
only as earlier part say AACplus is added for registered users.
