BBC stream have no metadata - so when playing AAC stream or HLS streams - all you will get is audio - no text no station logo - just LMS Antenna or station logo unless one is saved with the URL as a Favorite. BBCiPlayer plugin playing same URLs adds all the metadata from another BBC site which provide realtime data.
