Services run as root, so root should be able to load the config file. How are your line endings? Sometimes when you copy/paste from a forum into a file, the unix-friendly <LF> line endings are garbled. WIndows is <CR><LF> and Mac is just <CR>. I see you use a pi-zero for LMS. That's a very underpowered machine, so I'm curious how well it will perform here. Sometimes the skill has to have several round-trip interactions with the server to perform a single command. If they're all slow, that should be an interesting experience - all skills time out after 8 seconds of inactivity, no exceptions. A pi-4 for $30 would make you a much happier camper, methinks. Also, if you ever do have to reinstall any pi, it's just a matter of swapping back a prepared SD card so shouldn't be a sweat. Clone your card before doing something risky and if it fails, swap back the safe card. That's what's so great about the pi ! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ philchillbill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68920 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111016 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
