Yes. stunnel is in the 'roll you own' category detailed on the
mediaserver setup page, similar to apache or nginx. You will need to
open ports, have and SSL cert and have a DDNS name matching your IP
address. If you've already done that for Blue Iris, then you should just
have to edit the configuration file for stunnel to add a second tunnel
for LMS.

On the other hand, if you have not already set all that up, ngrok is a
breeze to deploy and can also be used with Blue Iris - you can easily
have multiple tunnels active (up to 4 on the free tier).
