Um, no. The screenshots from the original post have the vertical three dots => the menu was there then as well. So, no nothing has changed since *then* - therefore, it hasn't gotten worse. No, this is in reference to the *menu* that is produced from the *more* button. In this case, there is the delete and clear all - in others (e.g. track info) there is much more.
