It's not a bug, it's a feature being used incorrectly  If you look
at the very first post in this thread at the examples of the Stream
command, you'll see that you don't use a player name at all, as the Echo
you are talking to is always the target for Streaming:

Stream the album Parachutes by Coldplay
Stream the compilation album 101 Running Songs
Stream the single Alone Tonight by Above & Beyond
Stream my newest album by Peter Gabriel
Stream the song Chocolate by Snow Patrol
Stream songs about 'Alabama'
Stream songs featuring ATB
Stream a random album by Pink Floyd
Stream a random single by Shakira
Stream some Acid Jazz
Stream favorite number 7
Stream favorite 'FUNK FM'
Stream favorite 'Podcasts' item 3
Stream favorite folder 'Audiobooks' item 4
Stream favorite 2 . 4 . 2 (dot)

Regarding stopping the stream, that's different to stopping a Squeezebox
playing. You don't use the skill name for this and just say "Alexa,
pause". Even if you say "Alexa, stop", she will actually just pause and
not stop so that you can resume later if you want (using - you guessed
it: "Alexa, resume"). For next and previous when Streaming, it's just
"Alexa, next" and "Alexa, previous". That's a side effect of the
streaming process using the Echo as playback device. The skill just
kicks that off and then backs off to let Alexa slurp data from LMS.
Influencing that process is then something that the Echo/Alexa does
somewhat outside the skill, as it were. Hence the omission of the skill
name. But this, of course, only applies to Streaming - for Playing on
Squeezeboxes the skill name is always required.

The Pandora issue is probably because you're not targeting favorite '3'
but favorite '3 on kitchen' which doesn't exist. Leave out the 'on
kitchen' and it should work. Again, no player names for Streaming !
