I have noticed something recently when I skip to the midle of a track I notice a volume drop. is this expected because the song is as of then transcoded to pcm, and is this expected?
I wouldn't say it's expected, but likely caused by the change in decoding... I'm not even sure at what level the normalization would be applied, tbh.
