Well... for fun I tried disabling the plugin's title processing (which uses those web sites) to see if the player would pick up the title info... It didn't work :( I posted a message to the developers forum to find out if I need to do anything "special" to pull the info from the stream. Unfortunately I didn't receive any replies (yet). I wouldn't think I'd have to do anything special, but I dunno for sure. I also tried manually streaming the URL given to SlimServer by the plugin into Windows Media player via "open url". If you do it quick enough (the stream URLs are only good for a minute or so) you can get the stream to play, but no title info is shown in Windows Media player. I'm not an expert on internet streaming, but to me this would seem to indicate that the title info isn't being passed in the stream. However, the title info does appear when you listen to the stream online via Sirius's website. Maybe the title info is being displayed via some clever HTML/Javascript?
